Payment Policy

Currency and Available Payment Methods

Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars. Accepted payment methods are the methods shown at checkout at the time of purchase. Their availability can depend on the customer, device and checkout configuration.

Payment Authorization

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and any disclosed optional charges. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we issue an order confirmation.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated from the order details and delivery address and is displayed before payment. Customers are responsible for entering accurate address and exemption information. Any valid tax-exemption request must be approved before the order is placed.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through the secure checkout and its payment providers. We do not ask customers to send full payment-card details by email or telephone. Customers should not include card numbers or security codes in support messages.

Failed or Flagged Payments

A payment can be declined or held for review by the issuing bank, payment provider or our fraud-prevention process. We may request reasonable verification before fulfillment. We cancel orders when payment cannot be completed or verified.

Discounts and Pricing Errors

Discount codes apply only under the terms shown with the offer and generally cannot be combined unless checkout permits it. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid. We will not substitute a higher price without the customer’s agreement.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. We cannot direct a card refund to a different card, bank account or person. Refund timing for returns is described in the Return and Refund Policy.
