How to Track an Order

Open the shipment confirmation email and select the carrier tracking link. If the store provides an order-status page, enter the requested order details exactly as they appear in the confirmation email.

When Tracking Becomes Active

A tracking number may be created before the carrier scans the parcel. Allow 24 to 48 hours after the shipment confirmation for the first update. Processing time before shipment is 1 to 3 business days.

No Tracking Update

If tracking has not updated for several business days or the estimated delivery window has passed, email support@mavrynobjects.com. Include the order number and tracking number. We will review the carrier information and explain the available next step.

Delivered but Not Received

Review the delivery location, household members, building office, parcel locker and nearby secure areas. Then contact the carrier and our support team promptly. A delivered scan does not by itself decide the outcome of a missing-package review.
