Order Cancellation Policy

Requesting a Cancellation

Contact support@mavrynobjects.com as soon as possible and include the order number. We will attempt to cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed after the order is placed.

After Fulfillment Begins

Once an order has been packed, assigned to a carrier or shipped, we may be unable to stop it. The customer may use the Return and Refund Policy after delivery if the item is eligible.

Product or Address Changes

Changes to products, quantities or shipping addresses are also subject to fulfillment status. For security, we may require identity or order verification before changing an address. We will not redirect an order to a country or region that we do not serve.

Cancellation by MAVRYN OBJECTS

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing contains a clear error, the address cannot be serviced, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel after payment, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.
