Where do you ship

We ship to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How much is standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every eligible United States order, with no minimum purchase requirement.

How long will my order take

Processing normally takes 1 to 3 business days. Standard transit normally takes another 5 to 12 business days. The estimated total is 6 to 15 business days from order placement.

How do I track my order

Use the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the first carrier scan.

Can I change or cancel an order

Contact support@mavrynobjects.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation is not guaranteed.

What is the return period

Request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled and returned with its parts and protective packaging.

Is return shipping free

Yes. We provide a prepaid standard return label for eligible United States returns after the return is authorized.

When will I receive my refund

We inspect the return after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. The payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Do you accept exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within the return period, subject to availability. Contact support before sending anything back.

What if my item arrives damaged

Contact us promptly and keep the item, shipping label and packaging. Include the order number and photographs when possible so we can review the problem.

Are colors and finishes exact

Screens and lighting can affect color. Natural materials, glaze and surface finishes can also have minor production variation. The product should remain consistent with the description and intended function.
