Product Care and Safety

The instructions on the product page and any instructions supplied with the product take priority over this general guidance.

General Care

· Dust with a clean, soft cloth. Use only a slightly damp cloth when the product instructions allow it.

· Do not use abrasive pads, bleach, strong solvents or acidic cleaners unless the product instructions specifically permit them.

· Remove spills promptly and dry surfaces fully. Avoid prolonged moisture on metal, wood, cork, resin and mineral-composite finishes.

· Use coasters or protective pads under liquids, heat and objects that may scratch.

· Keep products away from uncontrolled heat, open flame and prolonged direct sunlight unless designed for that use.

Wall Mounted Products

Wall construction determines the correct fastener and load capacity. Use anchors and screws suitable for the wall material and the product instructions. Check for hidden electrical wiring and plumbing before drilling. Verify the installation before loading the product, distribute weight evenly and never exceed the stated load limit. Installation should be completed by a qualified person when the wall condition is uncertain.

Candle Holders

Use only the candle size stated on the product page. Place the holder on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep burning candles within sight and away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials. Allow the holder to cool before handling.

Decorative Vessels Bowls and Trays

Do not use a decorative item for food, drink, cooking or serving unless the product page expressly identifies it for that purpose. Inspect ceramic and glass items for cracks or chips before adding water or handling them near people.

Children and Pets

Unless a product page says otherwise, our products are not toys and are not designed for children. Small parts, hooks, glass, heavy objects and mounting hardware should be kept out of reach. Secure tall, heavy or wall-mounted objects appropriately.

Reporting a Safety Concern

Stop using a product that appears damaged or unsafe and contact support@mavrynobjects.com with the product name, order number and a description of the concern.
