Quality Promise

We describe each product using the measurements, materials, finish and intended use available to us. Product pages also identify care requirements and important limitations. Before fulfillment, orders are prepared for shipment and packaged for normal carrier handling.

Natural and Production Variation

Minor differences in color, grain, glaze, texture or surface pattern can occur between production batches and materials. Screen settings and lighting also affect how colors appear. Variation is not automatically a defect, but the product should remain consistent with its description and intended function.

When Something Is Wrong

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from the item ordered, contact support@mavrynobjects.com. Include the order number and clear photographs when possible. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.

Available Resolutions

After review, we may provide a replacement, replacement part, repair where appropriate, or refund. The appropriate resolution depends on the product, availability and nature of the issue. This promise operates together with the Return and Refund Policy and does not limit non-waivable legal rights.
